The strength of our Swim School is attributed to the management and teaching staff. Selection of staff is a long and careful process. We carefully choose the right people based on their skills, experience and importantly personality! Having the right attitude is essential and all staff must meet the tough criteria we set before we entrust them with the critical role of teaching your kids. Additionally, all staff must attain and keep current their Swim Australia / Austswim certification and CPR training. Our swim school manager then puts the teachers through their paces and ensures that their teaching style is up to our very high standard. We currently enjoy a good progression rate which means that children are learning the levels at a very good pace.
